CryVon VPN & Walls – Account Deletion

On this page you can request the permanent deletion of your CryVon VPN or CryVon Walls account and all related personal data stored in our systems.

This page covers account deletion for both CryVon VPN and CryVon Walls applications. Please specify which service you want to delete in your request.

CryVon VPN – What will be deleted?

When you request account deletion for CryVon VPN, we will remove the following data (if available):

  • Firebase Authentication user record (UID and linked Google account)
  • Email address associated with your CryVon VPN account
  • Remaining VPN time, reward/ad history and related usage records
  • Premium subscription status information stored on our side
  • Any other VPN-specific profile data stored in our database

CryVon Walls – What will be deleted?

When you request account deletion for CryVon Walls, we will remove the following data (if available):

  • Firebase Authentication user record (UID and linked Google account)
  • Email address associated with your CryVon Walls account
  • Favorite wallpapers and preferences stored in cloud (if cloud sync is enabled)
  • App usage statistics and preferences stored on our servers
  • Premium subscription status information stored on our side
  • Any other Walls-specific profile data stored in our database

Note: Locally stored data on your device will not be deleted by us. You can manually remove this data by uninstalling the app or clearing app data from your device settings.

Important: Billing information and purchase history may continue to be stored by Google Play, in line with Google's own legal and financial retention policies. We cannot delete data stored directly by Google.

How to request deletion

Account deletion for both CryVon VPN and CryVon Walls is handled manually. Please send us an email and we will remove your data as soon as possible.

  1. Open your email application.
  2. Send an email to info@cryvonltd.com.
  3. Use one of the following subject lines:
    • "CryVon VPN Account Deletion Request" (for VPN only)
    • "CryVon Walls Account Deletion Request" (for Walls only)
    • "CryVon Account Deletion Request" (for both services)
  4. Include the information listed below in your message.

Please include this information:

  • The Google (Gmail) account email you used in the app(s)
  • Which service(s) you want to delete: CryVon VPN, CryVon Walls, or Both

After we receive your request, we will delete your account and data from our systems within 30 days and send you a confirmation email.

Important notes

  • Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.
  • CryVon VPN: After deletion, any remaining VPN time or rewards will be lost.
  • CryVon Walls: After deletion, cloud-synced favorites and preferences will be lost. Locally stored data on your device will remain until you manually delete it.
  • If you reinstall the app later, you can create a new account and start again.
