CryVon Apps – Account Deletion

On this page you can request the permanent deletion of your CryVon VPN, CryVon Walls or PAWMIRA: Dreamlight Match account and all related personal data stored in our systems.

This page covers account deletion for CryVon VPN, CryVon Walls and PAWMIRA: Dreamlight Match. Please specify which service you want to delete in your request.

CryVon VPN – What will be deleted?

When you request account deletion for CryVon VPN, we will remove the following data (if available):

  • Firebase Authentication user record (UID and linked Google account)
  • Email address associated with your CryVon VPN account
  • Remaining VPN time, reward/ad history and related usage records
  • Premium subscription status information stored on our side
  • Any other VPN-specific profile data stored in our database

CryVon Walls – What will be deleted?

When you request account deletion for CryVon Walls, we will remove the following data (if available):

  • Firebase Authentication user record (UID and linked Google account)
  • Email address associated with your CryVon Walls account
  • Favorite wallpapers and preferences stored in cloud (if cloud sync is enabled)
  • App usage statistics and preferences stored on our servers
  • Premium subscription status information stored on our side
  • Any other Walls-specific profile data stored in our database

Note: Locally stored data on your device will not be deleted by us. You can manually remove this data by uninstalling the app or clearing app data from your device settings.

PAWMIRA: Dreamlight Match – What will be deleted?

When you request account deletion for PAWMIRA: Dreamlight Match, we will remove the following data (if available):

  • Firebase Authentication user record (UID and linked Google account)
  • Cloud save: game progress, levels, stars, coins and unlocked content
  • Your display name and score entry on the global leaderboard
  • Device identifier and sync timestamps stored with the cloud save

Note: Progress stored locally on your device is not deleted by us. Uninstalling the game removes it. Purchases such as "Remove Ads" are tied to your Google Play account, not to our systems.

CryVon Arena – What will be deleted?

CryVon Arena supports instant in-app deletion. Open the game and go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Your data is removed from our servers immediately — no email and no waiting period. The email route below also works if you can no longer sign in.

When your CryVon Arena account is deleted, we remove the following data (if available):

  • Your email address, username and linked Google account identifier
  • Device identifier and login/session records (all sessions are revoked)
  • Player profile: display name, level, XP, rank points and match statistics
  • Wallet and inventory: coins, gems, weapons, characters, skins, upgrade cores
  • Quests, achievements, battle pass progress and event progress
  • Chat messages you sent, likes, reports, mutes and chat preferences
  • Friendships, friend tags, blocks, party/lobby invites and clan membership
  • Mailbox contents (received and sent gifts) and leaderboard entries

Note: Progress stored locally on your device is not deleted by us — uninstalling the game removes it. Anonymous match records that no longer identify you may be retained for anti-abuse and statistics.

Important: Billing information and purchase history may continue to be stored by Google Play, in line with Google's own legal and financial retention policies. We cannot delete data stored directly by Google.

How to request deletion

Account deletion for all CryVon apps is handled manually. Please send us an email and we will remove your data as soon as possible.

  1. Open your email application.
  2. Send an email to info@cryvonltd.com.
  3. Use one of the following subject lines:
    • "CryVon VPN Account Deletion Request" (for VPN only)
    • "CryVon Walls Account Deletion Request" (for Walls only)
    • "PAWMIRA Account Deletion Request" (for PAWMIRA: Dreamlight Match only)
    • "CryVon Arena Account Deletion Request" (for CryVon Arena only)
    • "CryVon Account Deletion Request" (for more than one service)
  4. Include the information listed below in your message.

Please include this information:

  • The Google (Gmail) account email you used in the app(s)
  • Which service(s) you want to delete: CryVon VPN, CryVon Walls, PAWMIRA: Dreamlight Match, or All
  • For PAWMIRA, also include your in-game display name so we can find your leaderboard entry

After we receive your request, we will delete your account and data from our systems within 30 days and send you a confirmation email.

Important notes

  • Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.
  • CryVon VPN: After deletion, any remaining VPN time or rewards will be lost.
  • CryVon Walls: After deletion, cloud-synced favorites and preferences will be lost. Locally stored data on your device will remain until you manually delete it.
  • PAWMIRA: Dreamlight Match: After deletion, your cloud save and leaderboard entry will be lost. You can keep playing as a guest; progress on your device is unaffected.
  • If you reinstall the app later, you can create a new account and start again.
