CryVon VPN – Account Deletion

On this page you can request the permanent deletion of your CryVon VPN account and all related personal data stored in our systems.

What will be deleted?

When you request account deletion for CryVon VPN, we will remove the following data (if available):

  • Firebase Authentication user record (UID and linked Google account)
  • Email address associated with your CryVon VPN account
  • Remaining VPN time, reward/ad history and related usage records
  • Premium subscription status information stored on our side
  • Any other VPN-specific profile data stored in our database

Note: Billing information and purchase history may continue to be stored by Google Play, in line with Google's own legal and financial retention policies. We cannot delete data stored directly by Google.

How to request deletion

Account deletion for CryVon VPN is handled manually. Please send us an email and we will remove your data as soon as possible.

  1. Open your email application.
  2. Send an email to support@cryvonltd.com.
  3. Use the subject line: “CryVon VPN Account Deletion Request”.
  4. Include the information listed below in your message.

Please include this information:

  • The Google (Gmail) account email you used inside CryVon VPN

After we receive your request, we will delete your account and data from our systems within 30 days and send you a confirmation email.

Important notes

  • Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.
  • After deletion, any remaining VPN time or rewards will be lost.
  • If you reinstall the app later, you can create a new account and start again.
