By downloading, installing, or using CryVon VPN ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms apply to all users of the App, including free and premium subscribers.

Description of Service

CryVon VPN provides virtual private network (VPN) services that allow you to:

• Encrypt your internet connection
• Protect your online privacy
• Access the internet through our secure servers
• Browse anonymously online

Account Registration

To use certain features of the App, you may need to create an account using Google Sign-In. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service for:

• Any illegal activities or purposes
• Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Sending spam or unsolicited communications
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Attempting to bypass or circumvent security measures
• Harassing, threatening, or harming others
• Any activity that could damage or impair the Service

Subscription and Payments

Free Tier

• Limited VPN time that can be extended by watching ads
• Access to free servers only
• Contains advertisements

Premium Subscription

• Unlimited VPN time
• Access to all servers including premium servers
• Ad-free experience
• Priority connection speeds

Payment Terms

• All payments are processed through Google Play
• Subscriptions are non-recurring and do not auto-renew
• Prices are subject to change with notice
• Refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policy

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CRYVON LTD and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services without our written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Uninterrupted or error-free service

We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that it will be available at all times.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL CRYVON LTD BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the past 12 months.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

• Breach of these Terms
• Violation of applicable laws
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Upon your request

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions which should survive termination shall survive.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified through the App or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
